About Our P&C
The Barrenjoey High School Parents & Citizens Association is a dedicated community organisation working to enhance the educational experience of our students. We believe that by bringing together parents, citizens, students and teaching staff, we can create a more positive and enriching high school journey for every child.
Our Objectives
(a) Promote the interests of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close co-operation, and
(b) Assist in providing facilities and equipment for the school and in promoting the recreation and welfare of the students at the school.
Our Achievements
The P&C raises funds to directly benefit our students and school community. Here are some of the initiatives we've made possible.
Barrenjoey Artwalk
Annual since 2019 ยท 116,000+ visitors
Our flagship fundraiser โ a free community art walk through Avalon Beach showcasing local artists. Wholly run by P&C volunteers, this beloved annual event raises vital funds for the school.
