About Our P&C

The Barrenjoey High School Parents & Citizens Association is a dedicated community organisation working to enhance the educational experience of our students. We believe that by bringing together parents, citizens, students and teaching staff, we can create a more positive and enriching high school journey for every child.

Our Objectives

(a) Promote the interests of the school by bringing parents, citizens, students and teaching staff into close co-operation, and

(b) Assist in providing facilities and equipment for the school and in promoting the recreation and welfare of the students at the school.

Our Achievements

The P&C raises funds to directly benefit our students and school community. Here are some of the initiatives we've made possible.

Thanks to a wonderful community effort โ€” our raffle, the team's own bake sales and car-boot sales, and the generosity of local supporters โ€” 20 Barrenjoey students made it to the Australian Interschools Surfing Championships on the Gold Coast. Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket, baked, donated and cheered them on!
